4. Intellectual Property
   The overall structure of the Be MyGuest service and all elements comprising it, including
   text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, interfaces, features, databases, software
   components, distinctive signs and content, are protected by applicable French and
   international intellectual property laws.
   Unless otherwise stated, these elements are the property of RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
   SERVICES or are used by RETAIL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES under an appropriate
   licence or right of use.
   Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, extraction, distribution or
   exploitation, whether in whole or in part, of the Be MyGuest service or any of its
   elements, without the prior authorisation of the relevant rights holder, is prohibited,
   except where expressly permitted by law.
   Trademarks, logos, corporate names, trade names, photographs, products and other
   elements belonging to the brands, stores, retail outlets or partners presented or made
   accessible through Be MyGuest remain the property of their respective owners and are
   used pursuant to the applicable authorisations or contractual arrangements.
   
5. Liability
   RETAIL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES takes particular care to ensure the proper
   operation, security and maintenance of the Be MyGuest service.
   However, RETAIL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES cannot guarantee that the service will
   be available continuously and without interruption. Access to all or part of Be MyGuest
   may, in particular, be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or security
   operations, or due to events beyond the control of RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
   SERVICES.
   The specific terms and conditions governing the use of the service, including those
   relating to appointments, product reservations, product availability and the relationship
   between the user and the relevant retail outlet, are set out in the Be MyGuest Terms and
   Conditions of Use.
   
6. Personal Data
   When using Be MyGuest, personal data may be collected and processed, in particular
   when users make use of appointment booking, reservation, contact or any other features
   requiring the provision of personal information.
   The Be MyGuest Privacy Policy provides, depending on the processing activities
   concerned, information regarding :
   • The identity of the data controller;
   • The categories of data collected;
   • The purposes for which the data are processed;
   • The legal bases for processing;
   • The recipients of the data;
   • Data retention periods;
   • Any transfers of data;
   • As well as how data subjects may exercise their rights.
     The Privacy Policy is accessible at any time through Be MyGuest.

   Be MyGuest may use cookies and other tracking technologies that are necessary for its
   operation and, where applicable and subject to the rules governing consent, tracking
   technologies used in particular to measure audience and improve the service.
